Do you need food assistance? The helping hands community food pantry is here for you! We stock canned goods and general grocery items and occasionally we have personal care items and try to maintain healthy food options. The pantry is open on Tuesdays at 10am-12pm & 5pm-7pm.

The Collaborative fellowship

We exist to strengthen local urban, inner-city churches, pastors and the church planters serving in under resourced communities. We recognize that urban leaders require training and resources that are contextual and designed to compliment the unique needs of their communities and the people they serve.

The Transformation Outreach Community Center's mission is to holistically transform the lives of the entire family for the betterment of the community and the advancement of the Gospel. Our approach is to Engage, Equip, Empower and Encourage youth and families at every level - social, spiritual, mental, financial and physical.

In Humble and North East Harris County, each weekend a food bag costs approximately $3.00 adding up to $130.00 per year in support of one child. We work with community schools to provide food on weekends and school breaks so no child goes hungry.

Mental Health Counseling

Our mental health counseling ministry provides a safe, confidential space for individuals and families to find support, healing, and hope. Through compassionate, faith-centered care, we walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and work toward emotional and spiritual well-being.

Kampala Mission

In the lakeside community of Ggaba, Uganda, many young children face extreme poverty, hunger, and neglect. We’re changing that by building a new Early Childhood Development Center—a safe, loving space where kids ages 1 to 3 will receive daily nutrition, early learning, and spiritual care to help them thrive.
